Ventslatzon.—(1) The premises of every beedi and cigar industi1al premises shall be ventilated and sufficiently lighted m accor- dance with such standards and by such methods as may be prescii- bed. (2) If it appears to an Inspector that the premises of any beedi and cigar industual premises within his jurisdiction 1s not sufficiently lighted o1 ventilated, he may seve on the employer an orden in writing specifying the measures which, in his opinion, should be adopted and requiring them to be cained out before a specified date.
