Weekly holidays.—(1) Every employee in a beedi and cigar industrial premises shall be allowed in each week a holiday of one whole day- (2) No deduction shall be made from the wages of any employce in a beedi and cigar industrial premises on account of any day on which a holiday has been allowed in accordance with this section ; and if such person is employed on the basis that he would not ordinarily receive wages for such day, he shall nonetheless be paid for such day the wages he would have drawn had the holiday not been allowed on that day. Ll, WNotee of periods of work. —There shall be displayed and correctly maintaimed in every beed: and cigar imdustrial premises a notice of periods of work in such form and in such manne as may be prescribed showing clearly for every day the periods during which employees may be required to work.
