If any amount is due to a minor under the scheme shall be paid to the parents of the minor on the certificate proving relationship and guardian ship from the local Tahsildar of the area. In cases where Father, Mother, grand mother, grand father is not a guardian the amount of benefit shall be deposited in bank till the minor becomes a major.
