Repeal and saving.—(1) The Proclamation in so far as it relates to Arthapalisa and Jenmibhogam and the Arthapalisa, Jenmibhogam and Karathilchilavu (Abolition) Ordinance, 2007 (54 of 2007) are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
