Repeal of the existing Workers Welfare Fund Order.—(1) Government Order No. 12/92/SWD dated 10th April, 1992 of the Social Welfare Department is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Order shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
