Appointment of Officers and Staff.—(1) The Government may appoint a Chief Executive Officer and other staff in such manner as may be prescribed to perform the functions of the Board under this Act. (2) The method of appointment, salary and allowance, discipline and other service conditions of officers appointed under sub-section (1) shall be in such manner as may be prescribed. (3) The Chief Executive Officer of the Board or other Officer authorized by him shall be responsible for the implementation of the decisions of the Board.
