Meeting of the Board.—(1) The Board shall meet at least once in three months to transact its business. (2) Minimum of more than half of the total members including Chairperson shall form the quorum for a meeting of the Board. (3) The Chairperson or in his absence, a member of the Board to be elected from among the members present at the meeting shall preside over the meeting of the Board. (4) Any matter coming up before a meeting of the Board shall be decided by a majority of the members present and voting at the meeting and in the case of equality of votes, the Chairperson or the member presiding over the meeting, shall have right for a casting vote.
