Section 9

Disqualification

Disqualification.—(1) A person shall be disqualified for being nominated as or for being a Director if,- he is declared to be of unsound mind by a competent court; or he is undischarged insolvent; or he has been sentenced by a criminal court to imprisonment for period of more than two years for any offence involving moral turpitude. (2) If any question arises whether any person is disqualified under sub-paragraph (I) it shall be referred to the Government and the decision of the Government on any such question shall be final.
