Utilisation of Fund.—(l) Subject to the provisions of the Act and the Scheme, the Fund shall not except with the previous sanction of Government, we expended for any purpose other than the payment to individual members of the fund or to their nominees or hthrs or legal representatives in accordance with the provisions of this scheme. (2) The Fund shall be operated upon by such officers as may be authorisqd in this behalf by Govermrient.
