Chief Executive.—(l) The Government may appoint an Officer not below the rank ofa Deputy Labour Commissioner of the Labour Department or Officers of other departments of the same grade to be the Chief Executive of the Agricultural Workers Welfare Fund Board. The Government may also appoint as many Welfare Fund Officers )as they may consider necessary to assist the Chief Executive from the Labour Department or other Departments on deputation. The Chief Executive shall not undertake any work not connected with his office without the previous sanction of the Government.
