Compensation for trees and plants destroyed by' occupier.-Where an occupter destroys any trees or plants in obedtence to a notice issuoo under section 7, he shall be entrtled to such compensation as he would have been entitled to under section II if such tree or plant had been destroyed by the inspecting officer.
