(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1980. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.** Date of Commencement: 05/04/1981 as per Notification No. 48/B1/Law dt. 01/04/1981, published in the K.
