Control and supervision of the existing Kerala Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Scheme.—6[(1)]On and from the date of commencement of this Act the control and supervision of the existing Kerala Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Scheme shall be with the Committee. 7[(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Kerala Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Scheme, 1985, all kinds of assets and liabilities of the said scheme shall be transferred to the Committee constituted under section 4 of this Act.] 6 Numbered as sub-section (1) by Act 10 of 2013 (w.e.f. 18.11.2011). 7 Inserted by Act 10 of 2013 (w.e.f. 18.11.2011). 13
