Review.—The Committee may, suo-motu, at any time or on an application from any interested person within ninety days of any order passed by it, review any such 5 Inserted by Act 10 of 2013 (w.e.f. 26.11.2010). 12 order: Provided that the Committee shall not pass any order adversely affecting any person unless such person has been given an opportunity for making his representation.
