Every Director of the Board nominated under sub-section (3) of Section 6, the Chief Welfare Fund Inspector and every Welfare Fund Inspector and other officers and employees of the Board appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 9 shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of S.21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860)
