(1) The Annual report of the University shall be prepared by the University and published after obtaining the approval of the Board of Governors and it shall be submitted to the Government on or before the 15th day of September of the succeeding year. (2) Immediately on receipt of the annual report under sub-section (1), the Government shall, cause the same to be laid on the Table of the Legislative Assembly, if it is in session, and if it is not in session, it shall be caused to be laid in the next session immediately following the receipt of such report.
