(1) The [Syndicate] shall meet as often as decided by the Vice-Chancellor but at least once in two months on the dates to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor. The quorum for a meeting of the [Syndicate] shall be five. (2) The Registrar shall convene the meetings of the [Syndicate] at such place and on such date and time as may be directed by the Vice-Chancellor. Substituted as per Act 17 of 2018 w.e.f. 08/12/2017.
