Removal of difficulties.- (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may by order published in the official Gazette do anything which appears to it to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty. (2) No order made under sub-section (1) shall be questioned in any court of law on the ground that no difficulty as is referred in the said sub-section existed or was required to be removed.
