Appointment of other non-ministerial staff.- (1) There shall be constituted a Selection Committee to select candidates for appointment to non-teaching posts other than the ministerial posts in the University. (2) The Vice-Chancellor shall be the ex-officio Chairman and the Director (Administration) shall be the Secretary of the Selection Committee. (3) The other members of the Selection Committee shall be appointed as per the Statutes in that regard.
