Provision for temporary appointment of certain officers of the University.- Until such time as the Authorities of the University are duly constituted, any officer of the University may be temporarily appointed by the Vice-Chancellor. Such appointment and the terms and conditions thereof shall have the prior approval of the Chancellor.
