The Librarian.- (1) The Librarian shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor and shall be in charge of the Library. He shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for all matters concerning the Library. (2) The salary and allowances payable to, and other conditions of service of, the Librarian shall be such as may be prescribed. 15
