The Board to be local authority under Central Act I of 1894 and Central Act IX of 1914.- The Board shall be deemed to be a local authority for the purposes of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894), and the Local Authorities Loans Act, 1914 (Central Act IX of 1914). 1[66A.
