Boards of Studies.- (1) There shall be a Board of Studies for every subject or group of subjects as may be prescribed by the Ordinances: Provided that, the Board of Governors may constitute a separate Board of Studies for Undergraduate Studies and for Postgraduate studies. (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), the constitution, functions and powers of the Board of Studies shall be as prescribed by the Regulations.
