Conditions of service of employees.- (1)Every employee shall be appointed under a written contract, which shall be kept in the 1[University]1 and a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned. (2) Disciplinary action against the employees shall be governed by the procedure specified in the Statutes. (3) Any dispute arising out of the contract between the 1[University]1 and an employee shall, be resolved in the manner provided for in the written contract and in accordance with the Statutes and Regulations and any other conditions as may be prescribed by rules.
