Authorities of the 1[University]1.- The following shall be the authorities of the 1[University]1, namely:- (i) The Board of Governors; (ii) The Board of Management; 1[(iii) Academic, Research and outreach Council;]1 2[(iv) XXX ]2 (v) The Finance Committee; and (vi) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Board of Management to be the authorities of the 1[University]1.
