Whereas it is expedient to amend the Institute of Trans-disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology Act, 2013 (Karnataka Act 35 of 2013), for the purposes hereinafter appearing; Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the sixty-eighth year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
