The Academic, research and outreach council.- (1) The Academic, research and outreach council shall consist of the following, namely:- (i) The Vice-Chancellor – Chair –person (ii) The Dean cum Advisor – Member (iii) The Chief Operating officer and Registrar (COO&R) – Secretary (iv) The Chief Programme Officer – Member (v) Such other members as may be specified by the Board of Management.
