Terms and Conditions of service of other officers of the University.- The officers of the University specified in clause (iv) to (ix) of section 24 shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed: Provided that the Vice-Chancellor may make appointments of such officers as a temporary measure for a period of six months under intimation to the concerned authority of the University.
