Payment by adjustment of account.—All payments due to be made to any person by the Planning Authority under this Act shall, as far as possible be made by adjustment in such person’s account with the Planning Authority in respect of the plot concerned or of any other plot in which he has an interest and failing such adjustment shall be paid in cash or in such other way as may be agreed upon by the parties.
