Preparation of a map showing present land use.—Every Planning Authority shall, as soon as possible and not later than two years after the date specified under section 5, prepare an accurate map showing the present land use 1[x x x]1 in the Planning Area under its jurisdiction 2[Separate present land use map for the local authority jurisdictions in the local planning area and for the wards within the local authority jurisdictions]2 and such other particulars as may be prescribed. A copy of such map shall be sent to the Director and another copy shall be displayed for public information in the office of the Planning Authority 2[and in the offices of the local authorities and the ward offices]2.
