Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, claim, or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the council or the chairperson or other members of the Council or the staff or representatives of the council or the tourist mitra in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rules or regulations or orders made or framed thereunder.
