Scheme.- (1) The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, frame a scheme called the Karnataka Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Scheme which may provide for all or any of the matters specified in the Schedule. (2) The State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, amend the Scheme from time to time either prospectively or retrospectively. 4
