Members of the Board to be public servants.- Every Director of the Board, the Chief Welfare Fund Inspector and every Welfare Fund Inspector and every member of 6 the staff of the Board appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
