Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or any other legal proceedings shall lie against the Authority or the Chair person or the member of the Authority or any 15 officer or employee of the Authority or any person appointed or authorized by the Authority under this Act, in respect of anything done or omitted to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
