Meetings of the Authority.- (1) The Authority shall meet at least once in three months. (2) The Chairperson shall preside over the meeting of the Authority or if for any reason, he is unable to attend any meeting, 1[the Vice Chairperson shall preside or if for any reason, he is also unable to attend such meeting then]1 any other member chosen by the members present at the meeting shall preside. (3) Quorum for a meeting of the Authority shall be one third of the total number of members. (4) Save as otherwise expressly provided by or under this Act, the procedure for conduct of business at the meeting of the Authority shall be such as may be specified in the rules.
