The Pro-Visitor.- (1) The Hon‟ble Minister for Higher Education, Government of Karnataka shall be the pro-visitor of the University. - (2) The pro-visitor shall, when the Visitor is absent, preside at the Convocation of the University for conferring degrees and diplomas.
