Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires- 1[(a) "additional sugarcane price" means the additional price to be paid by the occupier of the factory to the sugarcane grower for the sugarcane delivered over and above Fair and Remunerative Price, declared by the Commissioner for cane development and Director of sugar under section 4A, based on the decision of the Board.]1
