Removal of difficulties.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Amendment Act, the State Government may, by notification or by order published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Amendment Act as appear it to be necessary or expedient for the purposes of removing the difficulty: Provided that, no such notification or order under this section shall be made after the expiry of the period of two years from the date of commencement of this Amendment Act.
