Board of Studies.- (1) There shall be a Board of Studies for every subject or group of subjects as may be prescribed by the Ordinances: Provided that the Syndicate may constitute a separate Board of Studies for Under- graduate Studies and for Post - graduate studies. (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1) the constitution, functions and powers of the Board of Studies shall be as prescribed by the Statutes. 37
