The Director of Physical Education,- The Director of Physical Education shall be a whole time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Syndicate on the recommendation of the Board of Appointment constituted under section 57. He shall possess such qualifications and exercise such powers and discharge such duties as prescribed by the Statutes. His emoluments and terms and conditions of service shall be as prescribed by the Statutes. CHAPTER IV AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITIES
