Removal of difficulties.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this amendment Act, the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make such provision as may appear to it be necessary or expedient for the purposes of removing the difficulty: 73 Provided that, no such order shall be made after the expiry of the period of two years from the date of commencement of the Amendment Act.
