Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Karnataka State Universities Act, 2000 (Karnataka Act 29 of 2001) for the purposes hereinafter appearing: Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the Seventy Fifth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
