Removal of difficulties.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the Karnataka State Universities (Amendment) Act,2022 the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazettes, make such provision not inconsistent with the provisions of the Karnataka State Universities (Amendment) Act,2022 as may appear to it necessary or expedient for the purposes of removing the difficulty: Provided that, no such orders shall be made after the expiry of the period of two years from the date of commencement of the Karnataka State Universities (Amendment) Act,2022.
