Amendment of section 32.- In section 32 of the Principal Act, in sub- section (1),- (i) for the words “the Karnataka State Road Safety Appellate Tribunal” the words “the Karnataka State Transport Appellate Tribunal” shall be substituted. (ii) the words “The State Government shall constitute by notification the Karnataka State Road Safety Appellate Tribunal consisting of a Judicial officer who is holding the post not below the rank of District Judge or held the post as such” shall be omitted.
