Meetings.- (1) The Karnataka State Road Safety Authority and the District Road Safety Committee, shall meet at such time and place as may be decided by the Chairman of the Authority or the District Road Safety Committee, as the case may be, and shall observe such rules of procedure in relation to transaction of business at the meetings, as may be made by regulations. (2) Every meeting of the Authority shall be presided over by the Chairman or in his absence, Vice Chairman or as the case may be a member chosen by the members present. (3) The Authority shall meet at least once in three months (4) The quorum for a meeting of the Authority shall be five.
