District Road Safety Committee.- The District Road Safety Committees, which had been already constituted under sub-section (3)of section 215 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) in the State, shall exercise such powers and performs such functions, as may be prescribed.
