Recognised Teachers.- (1) The qualifications for recognition of persons working in other Universities, institutions or organisations as teachers shall be prescribed by the Ordinances. (2) The manner of recognising teachers, the period of recognition and withdrawal of recognition shall be prescribed by the Ordinances. 26
