Reservation of promotional vacancies for Scheduled Castes, etc.- Where appointment to any post in the University is made by promotion, the authority empowered to make such appointment shall comply with the orders issued by the Government from time to time for reservation of posts in promotional vacancies for persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes.
