General funds.- The University shall have a general fund to which shall be credited,- (a) its income from fees, endowments and grants, if any; (b) contributions or grants from the Government on such conditions as may be imposed; (c) grants from the Central Government, the University Grants Commission, International Donor Agencies like the World Health Organisation, UNICEF, etc.
