Members not entitled to remuneration.- The members of the Syndicate shall not be entitled to receive any remuneration from the University except such traveling and daily allowance as may be prescribed by the Statutes: Provided that nothing contained in this section shall preclude any member from drawing his emoluments to which he is entitled by virtue of the office he holds.
